Bollywood power couple Kajol and Ajay Devgan have also made strategic investments in this burgeoning locale. Kajol secured an office space covering 2,100 square feet for ₹7.64 crore in July, while Ajay Devgan made a significant investment of ₹45 crore in April, acquiring five office properties spanning 13,293 square feet on the 16th and 17th floors of the tower.
