Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput have expanded their real estate portfolio with the purchase of a new sea-facing apartment in Mumbai. The couple invested Rs 59 crore in this luxurious property, located in the high-rise building Three Sixty West in Worli. Their new apartment, situated on the 24th floor, spans 6,176 square feet and includes three parking spaces.
Details of the Transaction
Completing the purchase involved paying a stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore. The apartment was acquired from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd, which had obtained the property in a bulk deal in February 2023. Three Sixty West, the residential complex, comprises two premium towers: one houses the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and the other offers upscale residences, including 4 BHKs, 5 BHKs, duplexes, and penthouses.
Previous Investments and Rentals
In 2018, Shahid and Mira bought a duplex in the same building for around Rs 59 crore, including stamp duty. This 8,625 square foot home, which they moved into in 2022, provides a stunning view of the Arabian Sea and includes six parking spaces. They have shared glimpses of this home on social media.
Their former residence in Juhu, purchased in 2014 for Rs 30 crore, has been rented out to actor Kartik Aaryan. This 3,681 square foot ground-floor apartment in the Praneta Building is leased for three years. Shahid Kapoor will receive a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh for the first year, Rs 8.02 lakh for the second, and Rs 8.58 lakh for the final year.

Three Sixty West has attracted several high-profile buyers. In 2023, family members of Indian billionaire Radhakishan Damani acquired 28 properties in Tower B, spending Rs 1,238 crore. Welspun Group chairman BK Goenka owns a penthouse on the 63rd, 64th, and 65th floors, purchased for Rs 240 crore. Additionally, Mavjibhai Patel, Managing Director of diamond manufacturer Kiran Gems, bought an apartment on the 47th floor for Rs 97 crore, which includes nine exclusive parking spaces.
